We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to join our talented team.
Experience: 2-4 years
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:-
-Coordinate and oversee the production process, ensuring timely delivery of animation projects.
– Maintain and manage production schedules, tracking progress and addressing potential bottlenecks.
– Facilitate communication between creative teams, technical teams, and stakeholders.
– Organize team meetings, prepare reports, and update production trackers.
– Ensure quality control by monitoring deliverables and adhering to deadlines.
– Assist in resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of team members and assets.
Requirements:-
– 2-4 years of experience as a Production Coordinator in the animation industry.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
– A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities.
– Passion for animation and storytelling.
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Animation, Media, Project Management).
